STUDIOS provided master planning, architecture and interiors services for the design of Chic International’s new campus on a 108,000 sf parcel in the Jiading district of Shanghai. The campus includes headquarters building with office space, conferencing, dining, a research and development center, and a pilot plant to test manufacturing procedures.

Phase Two will include a 160,000 sf, 200-unit hotel with amenities such as a health club, retail, dining, lounge, meeting rooms, and a ballroom. Phase Three will add an Event Center and related parking structure.

Chic International is involved in four major business sectors: food processing, supply chain management, medical device distribution, and pesticide development.
