STUDIOS designed a total of sixteen new luxury base buildings totaling over 1.6 million square feet as a part of a larger mixed-use development in Chengdu, China. The sixteen buildings include eleven office buildings, four villas, and a clubhouse.

For the clubhouse, the client requested an innovative, modern design. Located on the edge of a man-made lake, the 100,000 square foot clubhouse includes a restaurant and bar, a spa, a pool, a fitness room, an indoor tennis court, an exposition space, an auditorium, and a family area. Major exterior materials include metal panels, stone, wood siding, and glass.
