STUDIOS is as much process-driven as results-oriented: we understand that the best design comes not from a predetermined aesthetic, but reveals itself through a process of discovery.

Our practice is led by 17 principals with diverse backgrounds and is managed in a non-hierarchical way that calls for the highest level of contribution from each of our 200+ staff members. Designers are highly collaborative, and strive to continually advance their technical knowledge and expertise; this has resulted in a practice that capitalizes on the collective intelligence of all individuals and offices.
